I am tickled to introduce you to my beauty director - my official title for her - Jessica Shinyeda of the Face Lab. I had my first bridal consultation with her this morning. Her adorable Great Dane, Sugar, gently greeted me at the door of her cute home off of Pearl Street. I instantly felt at ease with Jessica as I sat in a director's chair with "The Face Lab" embroidered on the back rest, and she launched into questions to learn more about my beauty and make up philosophy. I don't wear a lot of make up, but I know my brands, what I like to wear, and I am not afraid to play up my eyes. I had so much fun chatting with Jessica while she made up my face, and it turns out that we have a lot in common, too. Love of dogs, Italian significant others who are both restaurateurs, Boulder, and experience with long distance relationships- just to name a few.
